Hi, and thanks so much for the reply
Yes I'm British but currently living in Asia, and don't have much hope of seeing a English speaking Dr anytime soon. For the sake of my husband, my own sanity and my marriage, I've had to self diagnose and so far its been trial and error with the hormone replacement..... I know it's not ideal, but quite honestly I had to do something as I was feeling pretty low and out of sorts. I ordered bioidentical estrogen and progesterone online and although I had to wait around 3 weeks for delivery.... It was well worth it! Now my usual estrogen cream is unavailable and I've bought the oestrogel as a substitute. The only difference I've noticed so far is that I've had some breast pain and feel like my period is due. Not sure if this is to be expected when you change brands?
Or maybe this oestrogel is stronger than the bioidentical cream I used before??
I'm on my 2nd month now so I hope these little niggles get ironed out!!
I've been taking the bioidentical hormones for about a year now and have felt so much better when taking them.
