Hi there

Apologies if this has been covered but I can't find anything by searching. If you were to recommend a book on all things menopause, which one would it be? I'm looking for something which will help reassure me about what I'm going through.

The best ones I've found are Dr Louise Newson's book, Liz Earle's book and Jane Lewis's book.
