Yes you are right - if you are taking a proprietary brand of HRT then if you do not bleed this means that your womb lining has not built up sufficiently and maybe indicates you are now menopausal or nearly there? Depends what your periods and cycle were doing when you started HRT?
According to the stats on this site 15% of women do not get a bleed on cyclical HRT. In fact this happened to me during the last few months I was on a 28 day HRT cycle, so with doc's permission I was able to make the cycle longer (I was taking separate oestrogen and progesterone so could do this easily).
If you tolerate the tablets well you could go onto continuous combined HRT but unfortunately Femoston conti does not come in the higher doses so maybe stay as you are if it is all suiting you?
Abnormal bleeding is always more of a worry than lack of bleed if you are taking the right dose of HRT.
