I had an ablation 4 years ago and have been peri for 4 or 5 years, finally started HRT yesterday oestrogel 2 pumps daily and Utrogestan x 1 at night and reading this forum I realise I know very little about the whole subject. Hello to you all and fingers crossed this new combo makes a difference, although I've a headache today and so hoping that won't last! xx
