I've made myself a cake!!

it's not one of those fancy, layered ones with icing on top. It's just a low key, tea loaf type thing. But I made it for myself.

And it kept m mind occupied for a few hours.

Bara Brith is my go to recipe - boiled tea, called, fruit soaked over night ... I think it's mixed in 1 bowl.  The longer it is kept the better !

Love a tea loaf focus, plenty butter and a cuppa, yum!! Great way to pass some time. I have no ingredients in unfortunatley and not good as I'm only one who would eat it (OH not got a sweet tooth).
