Hi everyone
I'm taking Evorel Sequi and in the chaos of the last week and having been a bit unwell (the virus? who knows but it was something), I had all my patches on the coffee table.
It looks like I've taken all 4 estradiol ones and now need to start on the 4 remaining estradiol conti ones.......but I didn't think I'd got through all 4 estradiol. There's no where else they can be though as I had them all sat there on the coffee table in amongst my papers and I've gone through everything. That'll teach me to be in a mess.
Question.......just in case I've missed one of the Estradiol patches (I can't have done but just in case), is there any real problem with starting the conti ones a bit earlier than usual? I'm sure I'm worrying over nothing but I need to put another patch on and the only ones that seem to be remaining are the conti ones, so I'm assuming it's those and I ought to put one on rather than nothing.
