 . Kashmiri goats live on the Gt Orm but since the lockdown have braved the streets of the town.  How is it that wild goats can move around without a Licence when farmers have to jump through hoops and firewalls B4 they even load their stock?

All that hair going free for birds' nests  and certainly if they were eating my garden plants, they would be in for being chased down the road!
