Where are you sticking them and are you following the instructions to the letter? It's really annoying when they won't stick!

You can get a thing called tegaderm from Amazon it is a clear film dressing that sticks over the top, Patches do not move. Hope this helps x

Wash the area with Simple soap, warm patch between your wrists and will stick fab. I had lots of issues with mine peeling Estraderm, they are huge !, not had one peel since that method, not even in bath or shower.  I stick them on my bum cheek.

I used to put a strip of micropors tape across mine!!

Change to gel? I could never get them to stick. Better on front of thigh than bum but I don't think I ever got a full dose.
