Hi newbie here just joined wanted to say hello. Struggling with the hot flushes am on sertraline for them as don't really have any other symptoms, other than extremely forgetful. Hrt not really an option for me  sertraline seems to be working tho so happy days at the mo. Tried the herbal/ natural route didn't work for me unfortunately

Hi to both of you,hot flushes are a pain but I've got used to mine now,some days they are worse than others,get a rechargeable fan and keep it in your handbag,they?re fab and blow really cold air,not like those cheap swirly twirly ones
