Mine is yellow due to not drinking enough!
The 1st pee of the day is dark and mayB smelly
As we get into the day urine should lighten to straw - any lighter and one is drinking too much
We get liquid from our overall diet plus what we drink: tea, coffee, milk .......
The idea is apparently drink B4 one feels thirsty
Think about your over all diet and any meds you are taking.

Baby, are you taking any vitamins? When I was taking Vit B my urine was bright yellow. The doctor told me it was a filler or what the shell of the tablet was made of that caused it.

Try not taking them, for a couple of days, and see if it makes a difference.

It will be the B2 in your complex, it's nothing to be concerned about.😊

Due to the virus, l'm taking a daily effervescent Vit C tablet and my wee is bright yellow too. I'm always amazed at how many different shades it can be throughout the day!
