I have never used patches, but I have heard about all the shortages and the chaos it's causing. As a patient of John Studd I get his regular newsletter, and this month he has mentioned a London Pharmacy which has every patch in stock

I won't post the details openly on here because not sure it's allowed? But if you PM I can give you the contact details.
