i know just so hard knowing if i have right balance of hormones x

2 pumps gel and i almost feel as if i need another pump ?

Just to say that I had the oestrogen receptor awakening when I was taking progesterone cream, about a week in it would make me very anxious and nauseous until I'd got enough into my system.

I read it was to do with the oestrogen receptors down regulating in response to the very high oestrogen surges I was getting. Then when prog was added for balance the oestrogen receptors would open back up again as it perceived there was enough progesterone in the blood to cope with higher oestrogen again.

No idea if its scientifically accurate but it made sense.

i?m doing ok on utrogestan only the bloating becoming an issue around tummy so uncomfortable and i gave GI issues i?m on 2 pumps gel and since starting hrt my boobs won't stop growing i just feel uncomfortable all over will this settle it's been 4 weeks i take continuous regime
