Under State of Emergency one will get a Criminal Record.  Because they are disobeying the travel restriction Law.  Courts are of course, currently closed hence the on the spot fines.  Some criminals already inside are being tried on video link from Remand and when necessary go straight to Prison ........ my neighbour is a Prison Officer and has little transport work as it's all done internally where possible.

Nope.  I double checked the wording.

You cannot get a criminal record from an 'on the spot' fine.  Only if you fail to pay.

A criminal record has to go through the court system,  even in an emergency.

Tnx.  But the Courts aren't operating ........... unless Staff are being returned, ushers etc.?  We won't have enough prison spaces with all the arrests taking place unless they are 'usual' but getting headlines so that the Police are being seen to be doing their job and/or these events happen every weekend.
