Just catching up on the latest Come Dine with me's, the one from Glasgow to be precise, and on the second day a lady said she couldn't eat spicy food which upset that day's cook. Next day she tried to explain saying it was a medical condition / menopause / not a medical condition. She seemed so flustered about it, and everyone else just looked confused. It's so sad that knowledge and understanding of menopause, symptoms, etc. is viewed as something that should never be mentioned!
