Anxiety and depression.
« on: January 29, 2020, 08:09:35 PM »

I've never been so down and anxious in my life. Started with cheek twitching, one side headache etc. Fatigue has been awful, struggling to get up, sweating at night, crying and anxious, irritable, shutting myself off from people. All bloods ok except hormones. I Feel like a different person.

BP shouldn't be a no to HRT as there are so many ways it can be delivered.

Do you have another thread  :-\ .........

I suffer with high blood pressure and take meds for it but I'm on hrt , I think it only becomes a proble if they can't get blood pressure down while on tablets

I ask to see different doctor or if you have meno clinic near where you live ask to be referred there

Hi Zipster get copies of the blood tests so you can learn to read them yourself. You May very well have normal blood tests but they may be high end or low end and can cause you a lot of symptoms.

I can't Stress enough how normal my blood tests were always coming back and I was terribly ill.
Until I discovered being in the normal ranges does not mean you are not symptomatic.xx

zipster, I'm on fluoxetine too. How long have you been on it if you don't mind me asking?
And has the propanolol been my help so far? I have lorazepam for when my anxiety is really severe but obv I cannot take it long term (nor would I want to).

I take 'lorazepam' as necessary: the last tablet was 19 months ago.  But it's to hand ;-).

Better to treat over-whelming anxiety and depression along with HRT is required.
