Menopause Matters magazine ISSUE 81 out now. (Autumn issue, September 2025)
I can relate to that, my bladder was the first sign on VA for me, and the one thing I still struggle with.I've been on oestrogel, mirena coil and estring for 4 years, saw women's health physio in the summer (did nothing of any help) ....still have urgency and occasional urge incontinence, and frequency is awful at times.I started using tostran in September, and I feel it has helped a lot with bladder and VA, still have occasional bad days, but mostly a lot better, and less leaks.Tried intrarosa, started on 12th December, fine at night, but noticed external burning during the day....stopped after a week, and still trying to settle the VA flare up. I'm very sensitive to and creams or products that dissolve and leak, creates terrible soreness and burning externally for me, never any issue internally
