Progynova

Hi,  due to the hrt shortage, I am unable to get my normal patches.  My doctor has prescribed 1mg Progynova tablets.  Has anyone got any experience of taking these?  I don't really know where I am in menopause because I have mirena coil so no periods but main symptoms are anxiety, hot flushes, brain fog.

I have never taken HRT tablets but there are still patches available of some brands so if you would prefer to continue with these then try an alternative brand. I have used Estradot for 12.5 years but was recently changed to Estraderm due to the shortages and I'm very happy with them (apart from the size!). No return of symptoms at all. If you are still getting flushes on your current hRT then an increase in dose anyway might do the trick?
