Achy and tired
«

I have been on Everol Sequi for over a year and for the most part it has been good However over the last few weeks I've gone from feeling positive to wanting to hide away Luckily it's half term but other than when I've pushed myself to go out I just want to hide under the duvet As well as jaw and coccyx aches ( mentioned in a previous post) I feel increasingly anxious, irritable, headachy and achy I'm now over thinking what it could be and just want to feel ok . Anyone else like this at the mo? X

Hi Sammas.
Sounds like you need more oestrogen....?
I'm only guessing tho. I'm no expert.
Hopefully someone else will be on with more knowledge than me...xx

The further we go into peri towards full meno, the greater the drop off of the oestrogen and as CLKD always says lack of oestrogen makes the muscles lax and loose and so therefore the bones and joints get more achey as they kind of get a bit wobbly (wobbly = technical term!
)
Its like it goes in steps as it drops off and the symptoms are ok for a bit and then they take a nosedive and get worse, then stabalise etc. You probably need more oestrogen. Most GP's err on the side of caution but what you need is the level of oestrogen that controls the symptoms at any given time and if you need to up it well, so be it. x Try and see what happens, may take a couple of weeks to level out again.

Thanks Ladybt28 It does make sense just the nose dive in symptoms is hard. It's like feeling normal and happy one min and the opposite the next x

Hi Sammas
Are you going to up your oestrogel? I'm on 3 pimps, but lately I seem to be getting things despite it. Joint aches, skin conditions, anxiety on the increase again, and
some palpitations.
Maybe thats a nosedive too?
Take care

Is it worth getting your vit D levels checked?
For some reason levels seem to get a bit low in peri, and symptoms include tiredness, aching (especially round the hips) and generally being lacklustre.
I had this around the time I started HRT and it was hard to work out the cause - took about 6 weeks on the supermarket high dose to notice a difference.

Sorry for delay in replying. I'm on gel so not really sure. I think some ladies cut patches up and apply part of one?
Otherwise you'll need to get a stronger patch from your go
