Morning Ladies, I am hoping for a small piece of advice.  I am on 100mg Utrogestan every night and 3 pumps Estrogel (two in morning, one in evening).  Last night I forgot to take the Utrogestan.  Should I miss out my two pumps of Estrogel this morning to balance out?

Interestingly I've been sleeping well on the regime but last night woke at 1pm and was awake until 4pm.  Obviously the Utrogestan does something!!

Hi Wuzzie - just carry on as if you hadn't skipped the utro. Apply the gel today as normal and make sure you take utro tonight. At the very worst you might get a tiny bit of spotting but probably not. Great that it helps with sleep.
