Yes, Chihuahua is a great word! And so are the dogs, I love them. Congrats on getting the spelling correct xx

I'm not doing too badly in the peri stage. I seem to be coping ok.

I would like to get through the menopause  as naturally as possible.

I have cut back on chocolate and I drink lots of water. My weight is good and I don't smoke or drink.

Hopefully I will do ok. Menopause doesn't have a history of being bad in our family. So hopefully I will follow suit.

I've never had any problems with my periods and when I went on the pill I had one side effect of slightly tender breasts, that was it.

Let's hope I'm lucky and I'm feeling more positive since this year long bout of acid reflux has subsided.

The forum is great and I feel better for joining.
