help re long run missed heartbeats + lightheadedness

Morning Ladies

I am looking for some reassurance if anyone can help. I go to Barbados Friday and because of how I feel am dreading it :(

For the last 10 days I have been suffering lots of problems ie cystitis, itchy, sore vagina. I have been worrying I have UTI or kidney infection but nurse tested and all clear. Keep thinking about being ill in Barbados. My friend who works in Urology thinks is due to low estragon. I was trying to reduce but for the last week increased again from 1.5 pumps to 3 pumps.

However what has really scared me is I took my dog into the park this morning and I started feeling lightheaded and my heart beat was all over the place so rushed home and feel ok now. Not sure if I have heart aritmea (Dr Google) or is it hormonal? or is it a panic attach due to my worrying??? Im so scared and don't want to go away.

Hi Warwick01

The itchiness you speak of sounds very like VA, so that might be a starting point, as this condition often feels like a Uti, so have a word with the nurse or doc and hopefully (!) they can sort you out with vagifem and/or ovestin.

I'm on femoston 1/10 so can't comment on your  hrt regime sorry.

As for lightheaded  I had this and found out that my iron levels were extremely low and I was put on Spatone which I use daily. Also are you skipping meals?

The constant worrying doesn't help, when I walk my dog I blot out all other problems, stick my headphones on and enjoy it, and try not to google. I'm guilty of this too but the majority of stuff on there is irrelevant to you and you glean unwanted problems that are hard to get out of your mind.

Hope this helps
❤️Ssx

Was just about to post something when i noticed this, for the past 4-6 weeks i have suffered from lightheadedness and tension type pains up the back of my head. Its so annoying and comes out of the blue, like you the more i think about it the worse they are.
Anyone else have similar issues?

I have arrhythmia and it doesn't matter how long I've suffered when I'm in the midst of a phase it's horrible and unnerving as it gives the feeling of nervousness.  But the key is to try and stay calm knowing it's not dangerous (always best to get it checked though) and that it will pass.  I do short quick coughs to try to kick the rhythm back to normal, sometimes it works, sometimes if doesn't.

I've been clear for months and months but I stupidly changed from gel to patch then back again and now I'm getting lots of palpitations again

Plus sounds like VA so you're better off getting lifelong treatment for that x
