Hi all been on 3 pumps of gel for 3 weeks now and still ot feeling any benefits really. Ive also been waking with and suffering constant headache - started left eye side but through the night its spread to whole forehead. Ive taken some nurofen to see if helps as paracetomol hasnt. Although im.on a period now I never usually suffered headaches and if i did they went but ive had a headache near constant now. Cant carry on like this as its affecting me. Could it be possible 3 pumps is just too much for me? Could I have too much estrogen going on? Should i reduce see if helps?
Due to take my 1st sequi of utro on 25th this month so at moment on estrogel daily alone and have been for 4 weeks now.
Any advise as always be much appreciated x
