Using Ovestin cream and combined tablets

Is it ok to use ovestin oestrogen cream vaginally at the same time as Kliofem combined tabs? I'm starting to get night "cystitis" again. It never occurs during the day! Ovestin stopped that issue when I used it before for vaginal dryness.  I'm post menopause.

Yes, it's fine. You need to keep up with treatment for VA, otherwise symptoms will return.
