I do love carbs, vegetables, rice, pasta, pulses etc.
My main problem with weight gain is when I eat too much.
Especially cakes, biscuits, bread, crisps types of carbs. Just not buying them anymore, as if I have them at home, they're gone..
As usual it's all about balance.. I love bread, but if I buy a loaf, it won't last long. I wish I could be more disciplined and stick to a slice here or there.. x
