That sounds like a good sleep Teresa! Very refreshing. I've found that really dark room helps too and not eating too late. My bedroom lets in some light so I'm going to try eye shades.

I just did an hour very brisk walk. Feels good. Since meno symptoms started a couple of years ago, I've found I sweat a lot more, which I actually like, as it feels like sweating out toxins, like being in a sauna!
I've started this week with aiming to drink 2litres of water a day. I have 750ml bottles filled with tap water in fridge to measure it and almost one down at the mo.. 👍 x
