Borrow my doggy

I've looked on and off at borrow my doggy as not wanting to get my own dog at the moment but would like the company of one. Has anyone any experience with this website?

changes can be scary, even when we want them

Heard of it but there are pit falls. The other way I would go is to offer my services to the Cinnamon Trust who need walkers for owners suddenly taken to Hospital or who can no longer take dogs for walks.
The biggest problem could be if other dogs are aggressive to the one/s beening walked by someone not the owner. Usually I knew the dogs in our village so it wasn't a problem but when going other places, I had to be on alert. Fortunately I never had problems - A welly up the tail usually sorted it
Let us know how you get on. Also rescue kennels need walkers but that might pull at the heart strings a bit

My sister uses this. An older couple, who don't want the responsibility of a dog full time anymore, come and walk her dog all the time. They are marvellous. They now have a key and let themselves in. It feels like just how communities should work. People doing things for each other. My sister looks out for them and it's a mutually beneficial relationship. I would give it a go xx
