Just seen this thread as I am thinking of going to see an endocrinologist soon instead of menopause specialist. I have been having issues with peri menopause for about two years now, and recently started a low dose of HRT (Estraderm MX25 and Utrogestan), only second week in. This is early days but not sure whether it is going to really help, or, I may need to switch HRT. I have been having issues with heavy limbs and exercising being difficult, and had a borderline TSH reading just over 4 (but T4 value was looking fine) and alse feeling nauseaus and dizzy at times. Aside from the above mentioned Dr. Gordana Prelavic I was wondering whether anyone has any more recommendations for an endocrinologist also good at menopause issues (all these things are linked anyway and if one hormone is off the others then to follow suit). I also saw Dr Philip Kelly at the London Swiss Medical centre but any recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks! AG
