Just letting you know I've just bought some patches here in Ibiza for €2.50! Ive ordered 100's to arrive tomorrow but I've bought a pack of 50 so I'm about to slap two on. I don't know how to post a pic but will try if anyone wants

M.C did you buy the patches from a Pharmacy, I use Everol 50 conti, did not know they were available in Spain..

We normally stay in Malaga during the spring for 14weeks so would love to pic some up there, hope you are enjoying the sunshine..x

I continue to be surprised that you can buy them OTC in Spain (without a prescription) since they should be regulated, but I presume only a limited quantity is available and you must have to show some sort of proof if living outside Spain that you have been prescribed them - otherwise who's to say you are taking a protestogen to protect your womb?

It would be worrying if anyone could go and buy oestrogen patches or gel without medical supervision or being sold a suitable progestogen product as well with instructions (just like we get on our prescriptions) and definitely not good idea for UK residents not already on HRT to be able to buy anything ie just oestrogen - without question.

However a great alternative source for those who are already on HRT and happen to be on holiday (like you Mamachunk!) - if they are able to source a limited amount of vital supplies while there - due to UK shortages!
