Hiya hurdity. Hope you are well.
Thanks for that yes it was my thinking that being a gel cap more of the drug might be absorbed.
My problem is with keeping the pills in. Bit embarassing realy but they fall out. I have to go to loo at least once in the night and when I stand they fall out whole. It doesnt help.that I start bleeding on day 8. Making things even more slippery
I cant face another cycle orally. The constant headache and migraines are not bearable.
It's a bit worrying realy as my gynae didn't want me to take the HRT pill due to family history of aneurysm (and the fact I'm . Overweight.) But from reading up I see oral progesterone also has an increased risk of thrombosis What I'm not sure of is whether that's just in higher doses like the contraceptive pill or whether that applies to the levels we take in HRT as well.
So the migraines are a big concern.
If I cant find a solution to the vaginal delivery issue i dont have many options. I'm supposed to be having the eastrogen implant so as there is no progesterone only patch, my choice is limited. Provera would obvs cause the same issues.i assume so I'm left with athe mirena.
Thanks for the answer. Xxx
