Gel and tablet hrt any advice

hi the coni part of sequi has made me so ill physically and mentally so had to come off it, my gp has rung me and said gel and tablet might be good as I'm overweight so any advice or tips please xx

It's a case of try it and see. What is the tablet? If it's utrogeston it can be vaginally if you prefer.
