Hello ladies, just seen this thread. I started one about fitness, but didn't know this one was on the go. 👍😊
I'm upping my fitness and doing at least an hour brisk walking. Aiming for 4 times weekly minimum and also making sure to walk far and fast enough to get a sweat going.
