Sorry, but what is BCP?
That's good your periods are getting less! Have you had any months with none or does the pill make you have one?
You seem very healthy, I remember you saying about the gym.
Do you eat a good balanced diet. It's really good to have chickpeas (hummus), lentils and ground flaxseeds, oats, broccoli and carrots etc as these are all phytoestrogens. They help balance hormones.
Do you know if you have/ had fibroids as these can cause heavy bleeding and pain? X
Birth control pill Jari

The pill still makes you have one, although the last ones practically non existent. I don't know if that is because of my own hormones. I'm not sure what the science behind it is, if you still get the fluctuations you would have if you weren't taking it or if the pill totally irons them out. It certainly feels that way...I can feel those fluctuations going on 'in the background' as it were and maybe less intense than they would be if I wasn't on it.
Yeah, I'm a bit of a health freak, when I'm in a good place mentally. If I'm not, I tend to go the restriction route and cutting out foods/food groups. Which is why I try and keep myself on the straight and narrow so much mentally.
I love all those things you mentioned (especially green veg), but oats are really, really bad for my IBS. I can have one oatcake once in a while, but any more and the pain is pretty intense.
Fibroids, I had an ultrasound a couple of months ago. Just from the outside though because of my PTSD, and the doctor said she could see a couple, but they looked quite small.
