Jari, yes, I think a lot of people are on the verge of adopting a fully plant based diet. I was vegetarian for about 30 years before becoming vegan 12 years ago. Best decision I ever made. 

I'm also keen to manage my bone health (via oestrogen, exercise and diet), but muscle strength and mass is also important, which is why I'm starting on testosterone soon.
