Hi have a question am getting merina fitted end of the month am still Peri and also got oestrogel 2 pumps do I use this every day or just some of the month never asked the doc silly me also wondered if 2 pumps is too much and start with one to see how that goes first and also best place to put the doc says upper arm shoulder area ? X

You need to use the Oestrogel every day, not sure what is suggested dose for peri as i started it when i was one year post meno. I use uper arm/shoulder but more towards back.
