Just solo very tired

I started on evorel 25 and utrogestan 200mg used from day 15. I increased the oestrogen to 50 the week before my period as this helped. The first day of my period I felt low and exhausted. So today I have gone back up to 50 . I just don't understand the fatigue. I am quite active but just feel like I have no energy. I am hoping I will feel better on the 50 patches. It's not easy this balancing hormones. I think I am peri menopausal but my own hormones are still kicking in and it's hard to balance. Just feel tired and sorry for myself today xxx

Hi mooshine, I can relate to the fatigue too. Everything I do is an effort. I have been on HRT for only 3 months. Not sure if it's really doing anything, but I guess it can take a few months. At my last check up my gyno mentioned that my hormones are still trying and interfering with the balance. Hopefully at some point the HRT will take charge. Take good care

Hi Rosie
Thank you for the reply. It's really difficult trying to get the right balance. I used to have lots of energy and now I just feel tired. I have only been on hrt a couple of months. There has been some improvement but I think my own hormones are the issue. Hopefully it will get easier for us. Xxx

Crashing fatigue
.
Have you had your VitD levels and thyroid function bloods done recently? If they come back OK then it may well be the treatment.

Hi CKLD
I had them checked over a,year ago but maybe worth checking again. It's horrible feeling so tired. Can increasing oestrogen do this? Xx
