Hi Birdy

My brain is OK. I went pack to work today after 7 weeks off. I managed to do my work OK but I felt so jittery, breathless, dizzy and anxious. I did have some sugar yesterday though so maybe that's it today?

I can't understand it as I had such a good day yesterday. Am so fed up😢. How are you? x

Sorry to hear you're still feeling bad Birdy. It's completely rubbish, isn't it? It may be the fact that I've returned to work but I wondered if it could be the HRT.

Will see how I feel tomorrow and contact the doctor if I  still feel like this. Hope you feel better soon. Try not to worry about your health (easier said than done I know!)Xx

Thanks Birdy. I didn't think I would feel so bad either😟. Fingers crossed that we both get some relief soon🤞.

Will keep you posted Xx

Sorry, just realised I didn't answer your question about Provera. I'm taking it continuously, 5mg orally (don't think there is any other form available apart from maybe injection). After about 6 weeks I'd say it's much better for me than utrogestan, apart from anything else I'd much rather be on continuous which was never going to work with utrogestan. On balance I'd say it's ironed out the extreme ups and downs of sequential utrogestan, but my baseline hasn't changed ie chronic anxiety and low-level depression are just the same. 3 weeks on Fluoxetine and still waiting for some miraculous breakthrough.....x
