Well done!  You can vary your work load depending on how you feel so will feel less pressured!  Are U self-employed? It worked for me ;-)

I worked in mental health and was doing a return to practice placement. I struggled daily with anxiety and since I finished have avoided filling in the paperwork to get my certificate to practice. I did ok and loved the clients but couldn't cope with the team set up, the bureaucracy, the stress levels. I think I maybe am not up to this sort of work, i can't help people with their anxiety and depression when I'm stuck in my own! Funnily enough, I was trying to think what I could do and talking to a mate who also struggles with anxiety due to menopause it was cleaning that we thought we could manage! I hope all goes well with you and if you open a branch in Kent let me know, I'm looking for a job!
