Hi orangefoot, I used to run & loved it,out in the fresh air etc but racjen is right,it's not great for the joints etc,I now physically can't run because of a foot injury,which occurred because of?yep,running but of course that's just me,it certainly made me fit & I felt great but now I'll go a speedy walk & I've got a cross trainer & rowing machine,all low impact exercises.
If you do fancy still trying it,what I would say,is get the best running trainers & don't pound whilst you run,take smaller steps.
