Anyone who has had POP repair surgery managed to treat VA?

Hi there

I had surgery a few years ago for a large rectocele and a smaller cystocele. Anyone who has had this surgery knows it's not a perfect repair and some symptoms have to be managed rather than cured.

I am having some VA symptoms and wondered whether there is experience out there of treating VA following a repair?

Hello yes I had a rectocele repair and have a minor cistocele. I use Vagifem for va alongside estradot.

Thank you Mamachunk.  Was there anything you needed to be aware of? Anything I put up there would fall out pretty quick and I wondered if the vagifem would work with the missing tissue?

Have you noticed improvements, do you mind me asking?
