Inner thighs or outer arms and shoulders. I find it works best for me on shoulders and arms x

Hi
Patches seem fine first day I put new one on then they go hard and wrinkly fine after 2 baths then 3rd bath it comes of . I suffered fibromyalgia and arthritis so I need to soak in bath it eases my pains ..
I'm also starting provera tabs for 12 days to give me a bleed so I hope it all goes well for me .. don't start the tabs until 12 th of May so will keep yous all up to date how things are going
Not looking forward to a bleed again as I'm Piet menop5 yrs but waiting on hysterectomy so hopefully won't be much longer until I'm only needing the gel on its own

Goodness me I didnt realise ladies were having to wait that long. That's awful.
Hope you dont have to wait much longer Karen and your new regime helps.
With the best will in the world the patches do come off. My doc didnt understand how I'd got through so many!! Sometimes they dont come off and you can see where the water has got underneath. So the gel should be less of a worry for you and you can "soak away".
And no more black plaster marks!! My tummy is red raw from trying to get them off!!

To
Try baby oil on some cotton wool pads I used it the last day when I removed my last patch and it did help remove the black mark as I was beginning to look like a dart board 😂 worth a try
