Hi ladies
Just wondering if any of you are or have experienced more regular headaches during the menopause? I'm suffering with migraine type headaches more often and it's driving me nuts! I don't get the aura type headaches,just a throbbing behind my right eye mostly and occasionally feel dizzy and sick. I'm not on hrt as this made them worse. I'm on 15mgs of citalopram which has helped with anxiety and keeping me sane but it's these headaches and insomnia that I'm at the end of my tether with. I also take zolmirtriptan which does help.
