Cold legs

Anyone feel they get cold legs since starting menopause-circulation checked and that all ok but frequently feel legs feel cold although not cold to touch since menopausal.

Yip! I know it is called the change but didn't realise it meant just about every part/function of body changes and not for better in most cases.😂😂

Yep.  Feel cold from mid-thighs downwards.  But DH tells me that skin feels normal to touch ........ feet cold right now.  Toes.  I wear socks nearly all year round  ::). Last week I had cold wrists  >:(

CLKD-not had cold wrists yet-something else to look forward too-with you on socks-never used to wear them often-always had warm feet- now on thermal socks sometimes!

Up to the knee? oh, that'll be a sheep then  ;)

As an aside: years++ ago I said to a lady that her dogs would make good rugs in front of the fire.  Crikey, if looks could kill  :-X ...... "Why do you say that?" - to rub my toes into ....... maybe she didn't realise that I meant alive rugs rather than  :D

Each to their own CLKD  ::) - our cat licks her legs and feet too  ;D

Krn11 - if you are regularly feeling cold and it's new to you, and also feeling fatigued/putting on weight then could be your thyroid function is playing up - if you have these other symptoms too then maybe visit doc and get a blood test? It often happens to women at this stage of life.
