So Bloated.....Puffy......

Hi
I was diagnosed with Osteporosis in Jan (I was currently on 50mg of Estradot and Utrogestan continuously). Blood tests results showed my estrogen levels being very low and Mr Panay was keen to get estrogen levels up to support my osteoporosis. He increased me to 75mg and I am sooo bloated, put on 6ilbs overnight and puffy in the face. I have been on this dose for nearly 3 months but it is not getting any better...
Any advice?
Thanks
Txx

Hi there👋
I'm not on hrt but getting bloated is a huge issue for me,certain foods trigger it,I've cut out all wheat but apparently once you reach a certain age your stomach is one of the many things to go haywire 🤨😏
I've now also stopped weighing myself,it lead to anxiety, panic if I've put on too much then think I'm dying if I lose.no win hmmph 😒

It is definitely since I upped the dose. It is just around my belly -cannot do up my clothes, face puffy, but boobs are fine and everywhere else is OK> Mood is still not great - I feel really highly strung just before I am about to change my patch....sleeping terrible...so things are not great...

Thanks Birdy- trouble is I wasnt getting enough estrogen at 50mg (levels low) and given that I now have at osteoporosis at such a young age he really wants to upmy levels.....
Do you think switching to gel might help?
Jaypo - its so hard to find out - I know for me it is not food...but I dont think it is an age thing it has come on so suddenly..Fingers crossed you can work it out without starving yourself!!
