Good morning  Does anyone know a good natural hayfever remedy.
Its realy kicking in and  I have normally got ahead of the game with certrazine by now but  I havent started as the last thing I want is to dry my tissues out even further particularly eyes and I'm paranoid about making VA worse.
Why does meno have to complicate bloody well everything!!!!

Tc The local pharmacist recommended Sterimar spray for sinus and allergies to me last year and eye drops for itchy eyes. Both work really well. You can use the spray as often as you want to as it is natural. It is a large can and lasts for ages. Better for me than taking antihistamines as they make my restless leg problems worse (a side effect I wasn't aware of)
