It's best to see a Women's Health Physiotherapist for this, and get a proper assessment and appropriate exercises. Can you get referred or see one privately?

I do agree with what some of the ladies are saying about seeing a women's health physio. I asked my GP if I could get a pelvic toner which I knew you could get through the NHS. She said I should go and see the physio first for a check and to then make sure if the toner could help that I was using it correctly so I would definitely do this if I were you.  As to the cramping my friend was told by her physio that if you overdo the exercises you can get period type pains and this should not happen so she was advised to not be so aggressive with her pull ups

Thanks girls I will ask to see the physiotherapist - meanwhile I'm away on YouTube to look up the cat and the cow positions. X 😉
