Nothing helps me when anxiety hits me , I've spent way too much money on everything that was recommended to me and none helped !!!
It's the worse bloody feeling ever abd has been with me almost 3 yrs

From my periods stopped in Dec 14 the first year wasn't too bad then all went down hill from then

So much for me thinking after periods left things got easier !!!

I'm putting all my eggs in same basket in hope that menopause clinic can help me on the 1st April
