If you are stressed it may be tension that is causing the dizziness. I have a nerve in the back of my neck which when I turn it makes me suddenly light headed, enough to go "OH!" but not enough to go to the GP with. I never faint nor fall over ...... no nausea with it. Age related wear and tear, probably.
Take a pain relief pill to ease any cramping. I used to have pain over the pelvic bone sometimes
