Tingling arm

Hi ladies would like to ask if anyone has had this problem.in December I had a soar left arm with tingling in fore arm and upper arm,went to gps to be checked she couldn't find anything also did ecg which was normal.still getting the tingling arm when bent or some different movements. Mind in over drive as I have been googling  :o thankyou ladies any feed back welcome xxxxxxx

Trapped nerve in the neck.  Have you lifted anything heavy?

Yes carrying shopping up to the house,and my job is lifting and helping people to move positions.xxx

I had one which was specially measured in an Orthopaedic Clinic.  If you are lifting people then you should have a Risk Assessment from the Company who is paying you.   They should also have shown you how to lift correctly and one should never lift a person alone unless they can assist safely.

Maybe go along to your local physiotherapist or a good Gym Clinic for advice on lifting, posture, foot wear advice.  Learning to breath correctly can help in between clients.  How is the seat in your car for example, comfy.?

I agree,sounds like it's coming from your neck,have you ever tried the Mckenzie exercises?,they are brilliant,check them out online or YouTube but the neck ones
