Well i stopped the pessaries after 7 days :-(  i just couldnt cope with side effects.. my whole body felt like it was jittering on the inside..
I have informed consultant.. just waiting for him to get back and see if i can take the 100mg instead of 200mg.. so i stopped 2 days ago.. and feel yuck.. no longer jittery but low  like i can feel it in my chest.. will i hopefully have a bleed soon? How long after do u usually get it? Thank you x

If it's any consolation LW44, I was only on 100mg nightly, and I've had to stop after 7 days too - would be slitting my wrists by now otherwise. I find it usually takes 2 - 3 days of feeling really down and crap after you've stopped taking it, and then the bleeding starts. Fingers crossed for you x

I've think I've got away lightly this time (probably because I was on a much lower dose than you) - stopped on Thurs after 7 days, Fri and this morning still felt terrible, but by lunchtime today the depression had lifted and I'd started to bleed. Still feel horrendously anxious, but that's so much the norm with me these days I've learnt to cope with it as long as not severely depressed too. Really hope you get some relief soon, and I'd be interested to hear what your consultant has to say about it all x

They should manufacture the Utro packets with motivational messages underneath the capsules like "stick at it" "nearly there" "only one to go" etc.  Like an advent calendar  ;D  Heaven knows many of us need encouragement to complete the course!
I hope you feel well soon, I totally agree with having messages on the packets 😂 my anxiety kicks in around day 2 so it's not great xXx
