Are any of the fingers tingling?  Do you wake with pins and needles sensation?  Have you slept 'awkwardly'?

Well yes I do but I think I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder causing it.  Keep an eye on it and phone for advice if you get other symptoms (unlikely but you can't be over cautious re heart problems) x

I get lots of tingling feet and leg cramps and arm pain and joint pain.

As my husband said to me this morning, “What is today's ailment?”

Seriously, though, Catkins I think mine are often deficiency related. Need to take my iron, magnesium, etc. I have sore joints and tingling feet today.

Annie's point about the leg side is good. Chest and breathing okay? Xx

Maybe seek the option of a physio to see what might be the problem.  Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can cause tingling in hands, tennis elbow can be problematic.  Do you have indigestion ever?

So un-related to the arm pain then?

Does a pain relief tablet help?

Yes unrelated. Haven't taken pain regularly as it goes off as its sharp stabbing pain and sometimes tingling then just goes xx
